Sialkot has made surgical instruments for more than a century. We are part of that tradition — but we run it like a modern medical-device manufacturer, with controlled drawings, documented heat treatment and batch-level inspection.
We supply hospitals, dental and ophthalmic distributors, and private-label brands in more than 40 countries. Most of our customers have been ordering from us for years.
German bar stock with mill certificates. The heat number follows every batch to the packed carton.
Forging, grinding, heat treatment, finishing and inspection all happen in our own plant — not farmed out.
The same account manager handles your enquiry, samples, production and shipping.
Existing instruments are measured and re-drawn with tolerances agreed before any tooling is cut.
Bar stock arrives with mill certificates; heat numbers follow the batch through the hammers.

Vacuum hardening and tempering to the hardness band the pattern calls for, Rockwell sampled per batch.
Ultrasonic cleaning, passivation to ASTM A967, then satin, mirror or matt anti-glare finishing.
Dimension, closure, spring and finish checked against the drawing; the sheet ships with the carton.
Design, manufacture and quality management of precision instruments.
Class I reusable instruments under EU 2017/745.
Establishment registration for export to the United States.
Chemical passivation and corrosion resistance testing.
