Six stages, one plant. Each instrument is made to a controlled drawing and checked at every stage — not just at the end.
Existing instruments are measured and re-drawn with tolerances agreed with you before any tooling is cut.
Bar stock arrives with mill certificates. Blanks are drop-forged and the heat number is logged against the batch.
Profiles milled to drawing, then serrations, box joints and cutting edges ground and matched by hand.
Vacuum hardening and tempering to the hardness band the pattern calls for, Rockwell-sampled per batch.
Ultrasonic cleaning, passivation to ASTM A967, then satin, mirror or matt anti-glare finishing and laser marking.
Closure, spring, alignment and finish checked against the drawing. The inspection sheet ships with the carton.
